RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The company allows for returns and exchanges based on the following terms:
- The return must be initiated within 3 days of receipt.
- The items must be unused, seal must be intact, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise exchanges cannot be processed.
The cost of returning the goods to the Company is at the responsibility of the Purchaser or Recipient in order to obtain a full refund unless otherwise agreed with Cake Tools Depot
In a case where an item is sold out , we will contact the customer and offer alternatives or make a refund
